Abstract

본 발명은 굴곡률이 하층부터 상층으로 향하여 서서히 저하되는 광투과율, 투명성이 우수한, 대전방지, 반사방지 성능을 지니는 투명피막을 형성하기 위한 투명피막 형성용 도포액을 제공하는 것이다. 표면처리 실리카계 미립자(A), 표면처리 사슬상 도전성금속산화물입자(B), 매트릭스 형성성분 및 용매로 되어있는 투명피막 형성용 도포액에 있어서, 표면처리 실리카계 미립자(A)의 평균입자크기(D A )는 10~200nm 범위이고; 표면처리 사슬상 도전성금속산화물입자(B)는 평균입자크기(D B )가 5~20nm 범위인 금속산화물입자를 사슬상으로 2~30개 연결시킨 상기 금속산화물입자의 체적저항치가 10 -2 ~10 0 Ωㆍcm 범위인 사슬상 도전성입자이며, 표면처리 실리카계 미립자(A)의 농도가 고형분으로서 0.05~35 중량% 범위이며, 표면처리 사슬상 도전성금속산화물입자(B)의 농도가 고형분으로서 0.025~25 중량%이고; 매트릭스 형성성분의 농도가 고형분으로서 0.1~42.5 중량% 범위이며; 전체 고형분 농도가 0.5~50 중량% 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 투명피막 형성용 도포액이다.
The present invention provides a coating solution for forming a transparent film to form a transparent film capable of having light transmittance wherein bending modulus gradually decreases from a lower layer to an upper layer, and excellent transparency, as well as having antistatic and anti-reflective performances. In the coating solution for forming a transparent film comprising a surface treatment silica-based particle (A), a surface treatment chain conductive metal oxide particle (B), a matrix forming component and a solvent, the coating solution for forming a transparent film is characterized that: the surface treatment silica-based particle (A) has a range of 10-200 nm in an average particle diameter (DA); the surface treatment chain conductive metal oxide particle (B) is a chain conductive particle having a range of 10^(-2) to 100 Ω·cm in volume resistivity of the metal oxide particle connecting, in chain, 2-30 numbers of the metal oxide particle having a range of 5-20 nm in an average particle diameter (DB), wherein the surface treatment silica-based particle (A) has a concentration in a range of 0.05-35 wt% as solid content, and the surface treatment chain conductive metal oxide particle (B) has a concentration in a range of 0.025-25 wt% as solid content; the matrix forming component has a concentration in a range of 0.1-42.5 wt% as solid content; and a total solid content concentration ranges from 0.1 to 42.5 wt%.
