Abstract

본 발명은 수침한 찹쌀과 귀리를 분쇄한 후 스팀 증자하고 설탕 및 물엿을 첨가하여 반죽물을 제조한 후, 제조된 반죽물로 두텁떡의 피를 만들고, 상기 만들어진 두텁떡 피에 두텁떡 소를 넣고 두텁떡을 빚는 단계를 포함하여 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 귀리 두텁떡의 제조방법 및 상기 방법으로 제조된 귀리 두텁떡에 관한 것으로, 맛과 조직감이 우수하고 귀리의 기능성 성분을 다량 함유하여 건강증진에 도움이 되는 귀리 두텁떡을 제공할 수 있다.
The present invention relates to a method for producing steamed oat rice cake coated with honeyed red beans and steamed oat rice cake coated with honeyed red beans manufactured by the method, wherein the method is characterized by comprising a step of grinding soaked glutinous rice and oats, steaming, and adding sugar and starch syrup to prepare dough, making the skin of the steamed rice cake coated with honeyed red beans with the prepared dough, and putting fillings of the steamed rice cake coated with honeyed red beans into the prepared skin to make steamed oat rice cake coated with honeyed red beans. The steamed oat rice cake coated with honeyed red beans has excellent taste and texture and contains various functional components of oats thereby being helpful for health improvement.
